Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, so you’ll always see the correct price before placing your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created especially for you.
- UK orders: please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery
- International orders: delivery may take a little longer, depending on your location. For a more accurate time, drop me a message and I can find this out for you
I always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but as many items are made to order, times can vary slightly.
Why does shipping take a little longer?
Many of my products are created or printed after you place your order, rather than being mass-produced. This means a little extra patience, but it helps keep everything thoughtful, sustainable, and made with care 🤍
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Most items are made to order, so I’m unable to accept returns for reasons like change of mind. As I’m a small business working from home, I don’t have the space to stock extra items, which is why I’m not offering exchanges at the moment.
To help get your order right the first time, please use the size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If something does go wrong — for example, your item arrives damaged or faulty — please message me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Why can’t I exchange items?
Because I’m a home-based, small business, I don’t have extra stock on hand, so exchanges aren’t possible yet. Please check the size guides and product details before ordering. If there’s ever an issue, contact me — I’ll do my best to help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch straight away. I’ll happily offer a refund, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation.
Commissions
Do you offer commissions?
Yes! I offer both painting and swimwear commissions, so you can get a piece that’s uniquely yours.
Because these items are made to order, each commission takes some time and care:
- Painting commissions: allow up to 6–8 weeks from consultation to completion
- Swimwear commissions: allow up to 8 weeks including design, creation, and finishing
All commissions start with a consultation, where we discuss your ideas, colours, and any specific details you’d like included.
